A Letter from the Trenches
As I begin to write these words, I am not seated at a mahogany desk in a quiet study. I am
lying in a hospital bed, tethered to a world of plastic tubing, beeping monitors, and the
sterile, clinical scent of antiseptic. I have just undergone a stoma reversal—a physical
"Letter" of a journey that has tested every single principle I am about to share with you.
From this vantage point, the world looks incredibly "Solid." The pain in my abdomen feels
solid. The medical charts feel solid. The "Goliath" of a health crisis looks like an undeniable
enemy. But I have realized a truth that most people spend their entire lives running from: The
hospital room is not the reality. The mirror is.
For years, I have studied the mechanics of the human mind, the deep metaphysics of the
Bible, and the mind-bending paradoxes of Quantum Physics. I have looked for the answer
to the question that haunts us all: Why is life such a struggle? Why do we find ourselves
fighting the same "Enemies" over and over again—the same financial lack, the same
broken relationships, the same failing health?
The answer I found is both the most terrifying and the most liberating realization a human
being can have: There is no enemy.
The "No Spoon" Realization
We have been programmed from birth to be "Spoon-Benders." We have been taught that if
we want to change our lives, we must go "out there" and fight. We struggle to "bend" our
partners into being more loving. We struggle to "bend" our careers into being more
profitable. We struggle to "bend" our bodies into being more healthy.
But in the iconic film The Matrix, a child offers a different path. He looks at a solid metal
spoon and says: "Do not try and bend the spoon. That’s impossible. Instead... only try to
realize the truth... There is no spoon."
This book is about that truth. It is about realizing that the "Solid" problems you are fighting
are not external objects. They are projections. They are reflections of a "Film" running in
your own subconscious projector. When you try to "fight" the reflection, you are screaming
at a mirror. You are wasting your divine energy on an illusion.

system is a mirror of my own beliefs about support and care.
