Shipping policy

Shipping Rates

We currently ship within South Africa only.

• Standard Shipping: R80 flat rate for orders under R1,000
• Free Shipping: Complimentary on all orders of R1,000 or more

Delivery Timeframe

Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
